Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management nursing mode in patients with oral implant restoration and its influence on oral aesthetic effect. Methods From May 2022 to December 2023, 50 patients who underwent oral implant restoration in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given hierarchical management nursing mode intervention. The periodontal index, oral hygiene, oral aesthetic effect, adverse reactions and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The gingival sulcus bleeding index, probing depth and Turesky modified Q-H plaque index in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The OHI-S score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of PES and WES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management nursing mode intervention for patients with oral implant restoration can strengthen the periodontal function of patients, improve their oral health status, improve the oral aesthetic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the negative emotions of patients.
