Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle nursing mode intervention on patients undergoing micro orthopedic free skin grafting. Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent micro orthopedic free skin grafting in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given PDCA cycle nursing model intervention. The success rate of skin grafting, quality of life, self-management, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of skin grafting in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 71.88% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of social function, role function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of symptom management, daily life management and disease knowledge management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%, which was lower than 37.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing mode provides a new direction for nursing intervention of patients undergoing micro orthopedic free skin grafting. Compared with traditional nursing mode, this nursing method can improve the success rate of skin grafting, promote patients to develop self-management ability, improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
