Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on pain degree and nursing quality of keloid patients undergoing intralesional injection. Methods A total of 80 patients with keloid who underwent intralesional injection from January 2022 to January 2024 in Li Shizhen Hospital of Qichun County, Hubei Province were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, nursing quality, psychological state, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The painless rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, nursing skills and nursing comprehensiveness in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of SF-36 in the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in keloid patients undergoing intralesional injection has a good effect, which is helpful to reduce the pain after injection, improve their negative emotions, improve the quality of nursing, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve their satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
