Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with facial pigmented nevus undergoing skin laser cosmetology. Methods From January 2021 to December 2023, 80 patients with facial pigmented nevus who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comfort nursing intervention. The negative emotions, quality of life, comfort, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The comfort score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients with facial pigmented nevus undergoing skin laser cosmetology can help to improve their comfort, alleviate negative emotions, promote the improvement of quality of life, reduce the risk of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
