Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing based on humanistic concept on psychological state and quality of life in patients with scar plastic surgery after burn. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent scar plastic surgery after burn in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention based on humanistic concept. The scores of traumatic stress disorder, psychological state, quality of life, complications and postoperative recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of traumatic stress disorder in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 18.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The skin graft fusion time, ambulation time and rehabilitation discharge time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing based on humanistic concept in patients with scar plastic surgery after burn can reduce their traumatic stress disorder score, improve their psychological state, improve their quality of life, reduce the risk of complications, and shorten the postoperative recovery time, which is worthy of clinical application.
