Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on physical and mental state and aesthetic satisfaction of patients with replantation of amputated finger. Methods A total of 80 patients with replantation of amputated finger admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Shunde District, Foshan City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different admission time, while patients admitted from January to June 2023 were included in the control group, and patients admitted from July to December 2023 were included in the observation group, with 40patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The physical state, psychological state, pain degree, excellent and good rate of finger function and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) and health questionnaire depression scale (PHQ-9) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of the observation group at 12, 24 and 48 h after operation was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of finger function in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with replantation of amputated finger, comfortable nursing can obtain ideal nursing effect, which can not only effectively improve their physical and mental state, but also reduce their postoperative pain, promote the recovery of finger function, and improve their aesthetic satisfaction.
