Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of nursing in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Nanchong Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the study group was treated with psychological nursing intervention. The quality of life, psychological state, nursing quality, disease knowledge awareness and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing behavior, service attitude and nursing technology in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The score of disease knowledge awareness in the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The core of ESCA in the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in patients with psoriasis vulgaris can improve their quality of life, psychological state and quality of care, and can improve patients' knowledge of disease knowledge and self-care ability, which is worthy of clinical application.
