Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of laser cosmetic therapy in the treatment of patients with acne superficial scars and its effect on the quality of life. Methods From May 2022 to May 2024, 60 patients with acne superficial scars admitted to Suzhou Medical Cosmetology Clinic, Friendship Plastic Surgery Hospital, Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the study group was treated with laser cosmetic therapy. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators, acne scars, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The complete healing time, decrustation time and scab formation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The ECCA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laser cosmetic treatment can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the time of scab formation, scab removal and complete healing, improve the quality of life of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
