Objective To analyze the effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction system in autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty. Methods From December 2022 to December 2023, 100 patients with autologous fat granule augmentation mammaplasty admitted to Guangxi Aisite Plastic Surgery Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction system, and the observation group was treated with PRP combined with Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction system. The clinical operation indexes, plastic effect, complications and surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The breast volume, fat thickness increase and fat transplantation survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of morphology, hand feeling and symmetry in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The surgical satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of PRP combined with Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction system assisted autologous fat granule breast augmentation has a good effect, which can effectively improve the survival rate of fat transplantation, promote the increase of breast volume and fat thickness, and improve the effect of breast plastic surgery, and the patient's satisfaction with the surgical effect is high.
