Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao decoction combined with photonrejuvenation technology in improving facial chloasma patients. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 80 patients with facial chloasma who were treated in Changsha Huanmei Beauty Clinic were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group implemented the photonrejuvenation technology scheme, and the observation group implemented the comprehensive scheme of Danggui Shaoyao decoction and photonrejuvenation technology. The therapeutic effects, hemorheological indexes, antioxidant levels and skin lesion scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of M DA was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion area and skin lesion color score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment plan of Danggui Shaoyao decoction+ photonrejuvenation technology for patients with facial chloasma can not only improve the hemorheology index and antioxidant level of patients, but also reduce the area of skin lesions and make the color of skin lesions lig hter.
