Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound in skin beauty and anti-aging and its influence on patients' quality of life and skin tissue. Methods A total of 80 patients with skin cosmetic anti-aging admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into routine group and study group according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with thermage, and the study group was treated with ultrasound. The therapeutic effect, quality of life, skin tissue and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). The scores of skin tissue aesthetics, skin gloss tightness and skin elasticity in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%, which was lower than 25.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ultrasound for skin beauty and anti-aging intervention is ideal, which is helpful to improve the quality of life, skin tissue aesthetics, skin gloss, skin elasticity, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in patients.
