Objective To study the application effect of intensive pulsed light combined with laser in facial skin beauty. Methods A total of 79 patients who received facial skin beauty treatment in Dongming County People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n =38) and observation group (n =41) by random number table method. The control group was treated with a single laser, and the observation group was treated with intensive pulsed light combined with laser. The therapeutic effect, complications and cosmetic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment effect in the observation group was 82.93%, which was higher than 52.63% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.44%, which was lower than 21.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After intervention, the GAIS score and GPS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of intensive pulsed light combined with laser therapy in facial skin cosmetology is effective, which can improve the skin condition and improve the beauty of facial skin. The incidence of postoperative complications is low, and the effectiveness and safety are high.
