    目的 探究在面部皮肤老化治疗中应用CO2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的效果。 方法 选取扬州市江都妇幼保健院2021年1月-2023年12月收治的86例面部皮肤老化患者为研究对象,根据 治疗方法不同分为参照组(n =43)和试验组(n =43)。参照组给予CO2点阵激光治疗,试验组给予CO2点 阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应发生情况及 治疗满意度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于参照组的86.72%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05); 试验组治疗后皮肤含水量、经皮水分散失量均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组不良反 应发生率为0,低于参照组的9.30%,差异有统计学意义(P >0.05);试验组治疗满意度为100.00%,高于 参照组的88.37%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CO2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因 子治疗面部皮肤老化患者的效果良好,可有效改善患者的皮肤屏障功能,并且能够降低不良反应发生几 率,有利于提高治疗满意度,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of facial skin aging. Methods A total of 86 patients with facial skin aging admitted to Yangzhou Jiangdu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into reference group (n =43) and experimental group (n =43). The reference group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the experimental group was treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. The clinical efficacy, skin barrier function, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.67%, which was higher than 86.72% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the skin water content and percutaneous water loss in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 0, which was lower than 9.30% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P >0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.37% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion C O2 fractional laser combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor is effective in the treatment of facial skin aging patients, which can effectively improve the skin barrier function of patients. Meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is conducive to improving treatment satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
