Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the effect of crown reattachment combined with pulpotomy in the treatment of crown fracture and pulp exposure of young permanent anterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients with young permanent teeth with crown fracture and pulp exposure admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to whether the crown fracture fragments were intact or not, they were divided into control group (30 patients) and experimental group (30 patients). The control group was treated with vital pulpotomy combined with resin to repair the crown, and the experimental group was treated with vital pulpotomy combined with crown reattachment. The success rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks and 3, 6, 12 months of treatment. Results The success rates of repair at 2 weeks and 3, 6, 12 months after treatment in the experimental group were 96.67%, 96.67%, 96.67% and 93.33%, respectively, which were higher than 66.67%, 63.33%, 63.33% and 60.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Crown reattachment combined with pulpotomy in the treatment of young permanent anterior teeth with traumatic crown fracture and pulp exposure is beneficial to improve the success rate of repair, and the patient satisfaction is high
