Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients with entropion correction. Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent entropion correction surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention. The psychological status, complications, nursing satisfaction, comfort and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 18.42% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 86.84% of the control group (P <0.05). The comfort score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The appearance satisfaction score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention in patients with entropion correction is effective, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction and patient comfort, and improve postoperative appearance satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
