Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of oral high quality nursing in patients with full crown restoration. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent oral full crown restoration in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with oral high quality nursing. The plaque index, gingival index, inflammatory factor level, oral knowledge mastery, pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the plaque index and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, WBC, CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the oral health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of oral high quality nursing after full crown restoration is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients, promote the improvement of oral hygiene and health, and also help to reduce the degree of postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
