目的 探讨强脉冲光与激光联合治疗在面部皮肤美容中的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2022年 1月-2024年1月湖北省荆门市中心医院收治的150例面部皮肤美容患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组 75例。对照组应用激光疗法，观察组在对照组基础上联合强脉冲光疗法，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤情况 及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的76.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后 皱纹、深斑、毛孔、表素、敏感、粉刺评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组 （P ＜0.05）。结论 对于面部皮肤美容患者，强脉冲光与激光联合治疗可提升美容效果，改善皮肤肤质状 况，且并未增加不良反应发生几率。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light and laser therapy in facial skin aesthetics. Methods A total of 150 patients with facial skin aesthetics admitted to Jingmen Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received laser therapy, and the observation group received intense pulsed light therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of wrinkles, deep spots, pores, surface pigment, sensitivity and acne in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial skin aesthetics, the combination of intense pulsed light and laser therapy can enhance the aesthetic effect and improve the skin quality, but does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
