Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical impact of comprehensive nursing on the psychological state of patients undergoing skin laser aesthetic treatment. Method The research project selection lottery method divided 98 patients who were included in the study for skin laser aesthetic treatment from January 2025 to July 2025 into groups, with 49 cases per group. The reference group received basic nursing intervention, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The incidence of adverse reactions, clinical nursing satisfaction, psychological state, self-perceived burden, and rehabilitation status of the two groups were compared. Result: The research showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.04%, which was lower than that in the reference group, and the clinical nursing satisfaction rate was 100%, which was higher than that in the reference group, P < 0.05; The scab formation time, redness and swelling regression time, wound healing time and scab shedding time of the experimental group were all shorter than those of the reference group, P < 0.05. After the nursing care, the SDS score, SAS score, emotional burden, physical burden and economic burden of the experimental group were all lower than those of the reference group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Comprehensive care in patients undergoing skin laser aesthetic treatment can not only relieve negative emotions and reduce self-burden, but also shorten the healing time and enhance satisfaction.
