Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of case-based learning (CBL) in the teaching of skin beauty. Methods: From September 2023 to May 2024, 42 skin beauty trainees from Anning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups of 21 each based on the order of enrollment. The control group received conventional teaching, while the observation group received CBL teaching. The relevant data of the two groups were compared. Results: After teaching, the CTDI-CV, theoretical scores, clinical skills scores, teaching quality, and self-study ability of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The CBL teaching model has shown effectiveness in the advanced training of skin beauty physicians, not only comprehensively improving the theoretical literacy and clinical operation skills of trainees, but also effectively enhancing their teamwork spirit and critical clinical thinking ability.
