    目的 探讨案例教学法(CBL)在皮肤美容教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月-2024年5月安宁市中医院接受培训的42名皮肤美容进修医师,按入组时间顺序将其分为两组,各21名。对照组行常规教学,观察组行CBL教学,比较两组相关数据。结果 教学后,观察组CTDI-CV、理论成绩、临床技能成绩、教学质量、自主学习能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学模式在皮肤美容医师的进修培养中展现出成效,不仅全面提升学员的理论素养与临床操作技能,还有效增强团队协作精神与批判性临床思维能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the application effect of case-based learning (CBL) in the teaching of skin beauty. Methods: From September 2023 to May 2024, 42 skin beauty trainees from Anning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups of 21 each based on the order of enrollment. The control group received conventional teaching, while the observation group received CBL teaching. The relevant data of the two groups were compared. Results: After teaching, the CTDI-CV, theoretical scores, clinical skills scores, teaching quality, and self-study ability of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The CBL teaching model has shown effectiveness in the advanced training of skin beauty physicians, not only comprehensively improving the theoretical literacy and clinical operation skills of trainees, but also effectively enhancing their teamwork spirit and critical clinical thinking ability.
