Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing combined with personalized nursing on the recurrence rate of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic urticaria who received treatment in the Outpatient Department of our hospital from March 2023 to February 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received detailed nursing combined with personalized nursing. The skin aesthetics, clinical related indicators, self-care ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The skin aesthetics score of the observation group at 3 months after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The disease recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the disappearance time of pruritus symptoms was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention effect of detailed nursing combined with personalized nursing for patients with chronic urticaria is ideal. It can effectively improve self-care ability and skin aesthetics, reduce disease recurrence rate, improve quality of life, and thus enhance nursing satisfaction.
