Objective: To investigate the effects of fractional laser treatment combined with medical moisturizing dressing on the skin biomechanical properties and histological repair of postpartum stretch mark patients. Methods: Seventy-six postpartum stretch mark patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group received routine fractional laser treatment, while the observation group received fractional laser treatment combined with medical moisturizing dressing intervention. Skin elasticity score, dermal collagen fiber ratio, and stretch mark reduction rate were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, and the safety of the treatment was evaluated. Results: At 12 weeks after treatment, the skin elasticity score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the number of patients with >50% elasticity score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the stretch mark reduction rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion: Fractional laser combined with medical moisturizing dressings can significantly promote skin elasticity recovery and collagen reconstruction in postpartum stretch mark patients, improving the fading effect of stretch marks, while ensuring safety. This demonstrates clear clinical application value.
