Objective: To analyze the effect of standardized nursing path of Chinese medicine facial mask combined with red light therapy on patients with facial acne vulgaris. Methods: 60 patients with facial acne vulgaris were selected, and the time was from January 2024 to June 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group received routine nursing and red light treatment, and the observation group received standardized nursing path intervention of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with red light treatment. The symptom improvement time, TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared. Result: The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); After 4 weeks of intervention, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the comparison of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion: The standardized nursing path of Chinese medicine facial mask combined with red light therapy for facial acne vulgaris can shorten the time of symptom improvement, reduce TCM syndrome scores, and has high safety.
