5S管理模式结合三维数字化牙颌模型对错𬌗畸形患者疼痛情况的影响

    目的 探讨三维数字化牙颌模型在口腔正畸科5S管理中应用价值。方法 选取我院口腔正畸科收治的错颌畸形患者为分析对象,共100例(2024年1月至12月)。随机数字表法分设为对照组、研究组,各55例。其中,对照组采用石膏牙颌模型,研究组选择施以三维数字化牙颌模型技术。对两组均采用5S管理模式质量控制,比较效果。结果? 研究组模型遗失率相较于对照组偏低,模型精准度相较于对照组更优(P<0.05)。对照组单次治疗时间、治疗总时间长于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组无痛8.90%、轻度24.44%,低于研究组25.45%、43.64%(P<0.05)。结论 于口腔正畸科5s管理中,对错颌畸形患者施以三维数字化牙颌模型,能取得良好效果。

    Abstract:

    Objective: Exploring the application value of 3D digital dental models in 5S management in orthodontics. Methods: We selected 100 patients with malocclusion admitted to our orthodontic department (from January to December 2024) as the subjects of analysis. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 55 patients in each group. The control group was treated with plaster dental models, while the study group was treated with three-dimensional digital dental model technology. Both groups underwent quality control using the 5S management model, and the effects were compared. Results: The study group had a lower model loss rate and superior model accuracy compared to the control group (P<0.05). The control group had longer single treatment duration and total treatment duration compared to the study group (P<0.05). The pain-free rate and mild pain rate in the control group were 8.90% and 24.44%, respectively, which were lower than those in the study group (25.45% and 43.64%, respectively) (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the 5s management of orthodontics, applying three-dimensional digital dental models to patients with malocclusion can achieve good results.
