    目的:分析重组牛碱性表皮生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶联合点阵激光技术对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的临床治疗效果以及安全性。方法:选择在2023年1月—2025年1月我院皮肤科进行诊治的80例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组使用单纯点阵激光进行治疗,观察组使用点阵激光联合重组牛碱性表皮生长因子凝胶外用进行治疗。对比两组临床疗效;瘢痕改善相关指标;皮肤屏障功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组瘢痕改善相关指标;皮肤屏障功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用重组牛碱性表皮生长因子凝胶联合点阵激光疗法对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者进行治疗,可改善患者的瘢痕外观以及皮肤屏障功能。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) gel combined with fractional laser technology in the treatment of facial acne atrophic scars. Methods: Eighty patients with facial acne atrophic scars who were treated in the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) using a random number table. The control group received treatment with fractional laser alone, while the observation group received treatment with fractional laser combined with topical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel. The clinical efficacy, scar improvement-related indicators, and skin barrier function indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); 3 months after treatment, the scar improvement-related indicators and skin barrier function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with fractional laser therapy for patients with facial acne atrophic scars can improve the appearance of the scars and the skin barrier function of the patients.
