Abstract:: Objective: To explore the application effects of relaxation-based and incentive-based psychological care in alleviating pain in patients undergoing plastic surgery. Methods: This study adopted a randomized controlled trial design. From January 2025 to December 2025, 44 patients who underwent plastic surgery were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the intervention group received relaxation-based and incentive-based psychological care in addition to the routine care. Results: The intervention group had better postoperative pain scores and lower usage of analgesic drugs compared to the control group. Conclusion: Relaxation-based and incentive-based psychological care can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in patients undergoing plastic surgery, reduce the dependence on analgesics, improve the psychological state of patients, promote postoperative recovery, and increase the overall treatment satisfaction of patients.
