Abstract:Objective: To explore the practical value of skin care education combined with humanized nursing in acne patients. Methods: Sixty acne patients admitted between March 2024 and March 2025 were randomly divided into control and observation groups (30 cases each). The observation group received additional skin care education and humanized nursing alongside routine care. GAGS scores, skin lesion scores, SAS scores, SDS scores, and disease awareness were compared.. Results: No significant differences were observed between the two groups in baseline GAGS scores, skin lesion scores, SAS scores, SDS scores, or disease awareness scores (P>0.05). Post-intervention, the observation group demonstrated lower GAGS scores, reduced skin lesion indices, decreased SAS and SDS scores, and higher disease awareness scores compared to the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion: This combined approach effectively reduces acne severity and psychological distress while improving disease awareness.
