    【】目的:分析面部扁平疣患者应用5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力疗法联合干扰素凝胶外用治疗的效果。方法:选取2024.1~2025.6至我院就诊的300例面部扁平疣患者。根据奇偶分组法法均分为研究组(ALA光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素凝胶外用治疗)、基础组(常规护理),n=150。组间对比治疗效果、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应发生情况、美容满意程度。结果:研究组的治疗效果、皮肤屏障功能、美容满意程度水平高于基础组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较(P>0.05)。结论:ALA光动力疗法联合干扰素凝胶外用治疗能够提高面部扁平疣患者的治疗效果,改善面部评估功能和美容满意程度,安全性较好。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) photodynamic therapy combined with interferon gel topical treatment in patients with facial flat warts. Methods: A total of 300 patients with facial flat warts who visited our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected. They were equally divided into the study group (ALA photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon gel topical treatment) and the control group (routine care), with n=150 in each group. The treatment effects, skin barrier function, incidence of adverse reactions, and cosmetic satisfaction were compared between the groups. Results: The study group exhibited superior efficacy, skin barrier function, and cosmetic satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: ALA photodynamic therapy combined with interferon gel topical treatment can enhance the therapeutic effect in patients with facial flat warts, improve facial assessment function and cosmetic satisfaction, and demonstrate good safety.
