Abstract:【】Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of photonic skin rejuvenation technology in treating facial telangiectasia and pigmentation lesions. Methods: A total of 60 subjects were selected for this study. They were divided into the control group (skin repair cream) and the experimental group (AOPT-IPL treatment mode) according to the odd-even grouping method. The absolute score of the red area on VISIA skin examination, CEA score, skin barrier function, treatment effect, and incidence of treatment adverse reactions were compared between the two groups 3 months after treatment. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of the absolute score of the red area and the CEA score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the various skin barrier function indicators of the control group were worse than those of the experimental group (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the treatment effective rate of the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05); compared with the experimental group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: After intervention with the AOPT-IPL mode for facial telangiectasia, it can significantly improve the skin lesion symptoms of patients, improve the skin condition, and enhance the aesthetic appearance of the skin.
