Abstract:【】Objective: To explore the application value of the Mipresta ENA HRi aesthetic restoration system in the clinical treatment of patients with anterior teeth Class IV cavities during the restoration process. Methods: A clinical treatment analysis was conducted on 60 patients with anterior teeth Class IV cavities admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. The patients were divided into two treatment groups based on the random number table method; the control group received treatment using the photopolymer composite resin method; the study group received treatment using the Mipresta ENA HRi aesthetic restoration system; the color matching score, restoration quality score, anatomical morphology recovery score, marginal fit, and total incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The color matching score of the study group was significantly improved compared with the evaluation value of the control group (P < 0.05); the immediate restoration quality score and 3-month restoration quality score of the study group were significantly improved compared with the evaluation values of the control group (P < 0.05); the anatomical morphology recovery score and marginal fit score of the study group were significantly improved compared with the evaluation values of the control group (P < 0.05); the total incidence of adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The Mipresta ENA HRi aesthetic restoration system has a significant effect in the restoration of anterior teeth Class IV cavities, not only promoting the dual improvement of restoration effect and aesthetic quality, but also reducing the incidence of postoperative adverse events.
