Analysis of the value of selecting different bases combined with all-ceramic crowns in the treatment of anterior tooth loss. Methods: From January 2023 to December 2025,68 cases of anterior tooth loss were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table. The control group received conventional titanium-based bases combined with all-ceramic crowns, while the observation group received customized zirconia-based bases combined with all-ceramic crowns. Comparisons were made regarding implant stability, crown marginal adaptation, periodontal health status, and crown aesthetics. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated higher implant stability rates at all postoperative time points, superior crown marginal adaptation rates, lower GI, PD, and AL scores, and higher crown aesthetic scores (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with conventional titanium-based bases combined with all-ceramic crowns, customized zirconia-based bases combined with all-ceramic crowns not only improve periodontal conditions but also enhance crown aesthetics and implant stability, as well as crown marginal adaptation. This approach is worthy of clinical application and promotion in dentistry.
