Objective:For patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, this study analyzes the effectiveness of a multi-position collaborative nursing quality control model intervention.Method:From June 2023 to June 2025, 80 orthodontic patients treated in hospitals were selected as observation subjects. Using a random number table method, the subjects were divided into a control group (n=40, receiving routine orthodontic nursing intervention) and an observation group (n=40, receiving multi position collaborative nursing quality control intervention on the basis of the control group). Comparison of compliance, complications, and quality of orthodontic specialized nursing between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed higher compliance after intervention (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower incidence of complications (P<0.05). The observation group achieved higher scores in all aspects of orthodontic specialized nursing quality compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The multi-position collaborative nursing quality control model applied to orthodontic patients can improve patient compliance, reduce the risk of complications, and enhance the quality of specialized orthodontic care..
