Abstract:Objective To analyze the skin beautifying effect and clinical safety of cryophysical therapy for hypovolemic allergic dermatosis. Methods 116 patients with capacitive allergic dermatosis admitted to our hospital from September 2024 to April 2026 were randomly divided into two groups, 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, while the observation group was intervened with cryophysical therapy. The clinical efficacy, recovery of skin lesions, skin beautifying score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group and 82.76% in the control group, which was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the time of complete regression of skin lesions and skin inflammation in the observation group was shorter (P < 0.05). The scores of skin color, smoothness and flatness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.17%, while that in the control group was 20.69%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cryotherapy can effectively promote the repair of skin lesions and optimize the appearance of skin, which is safe and reliable and has outstanding clinical application value.
