Objective To study the beauty effect of facial moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type melasma. Methods: From January 2025 to December 2025, the target was to receive 80 cases of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type melasma in Gaochun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Nanjing. The group was grouped by random number table. The control group (40 cases) carried out facial traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment; the observation group (40 cases) carried out facial moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment; Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients, and evaluate the MASI score and symptom improvement before and after nursing. Results The treatment rate of the observed cases was high, and the year-on-year MASI score was lower than that of the control cases (P<0.05). At the same time, the color spot area, color balance and melasma color scores were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type melasma, the implementation of facial moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment has an accurate cosmetic effect and improves typical symptoms, which is worth learning from.
