Abstract:Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of providing patients with zirconia all-ceramic crowns in maxillary anterior tooth restoration and its impact on aesthetic indices. Methods: A total of 76 patients undergoing maxillary anterior tooth restoration were selected from March 2024 to March 2026 in our hospital. They were divided into groups using a digital odd-even method, with 38 cases receiving cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain-fused-to-metal crown restoration (control group) and the remaining 38 cases receiving zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration (study group). The primary comparison indicators between groups included restoration outcomes, clinical-related metrics, and complication rates. Results: The study group exhibited higher rates of crown detachment, color matching, marginal fit, and secondary caries grade A compared to the control group (P<0.05). Post-treatment clinical-related metrics in the study group were also superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of zirconia all-ceramic crowns in maxillary anterior tooth restoration improves overall restoration outcomes, enhances chewing function and aesthetic indices, and reduces complication rates, demonstrating significant clinical value
