Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of PRP combined with hUC MSCs in facial skin rejuvenation.Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 62 patients with facial skin rejuvenation admitted to our hospital from May 2025 to January 2026.1. A control group consisting of one side of the facial skin receiving percutaneous PRP combined with hUC MSCs was selected as the experimental group, and the other side of the facial skin receiving physiological saline was selected as the control group. The skin condition before and after treatment was compared.Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in skin condition scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had higher scores in elasticity and moisture, and lower scores in oil and spot (P<0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the severity of wrinkles between the groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the severity of facial wrinkles in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05); The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05); Neither group experienced serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: PRP combined with hUC MSCs can improve skin condition and reduce wrinkle severity in facial skin rejuvenation, with high satisfaction and safety.
