Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Plastic Repair Surgery in Treating Asymmetric Double EyelidsWu JianGuiyang Meibei Medical Aesthetics Hospital, Guiyang, Guizhou 550000: Objective: To evaluate the application value of the plastic repair surgery plan in patients with asymmetric double eyelids and analyze the safety of the surgical treatment. Methods: 62 patients with asymmetric double eyelids admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Using the differences in surgical treatment plans, they were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of 31 cases. The control group received the incision double eyelid surgery treatment plan, and the experimental group received the plastic repair surgery treatment plan. The surgical indicators, inflammatory reaction conditions, treatment effects, and complication rates of the two groups were observed. Results: The surgical indicators of the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group. In terms of inflammatory reaction conditions, the postoperative values of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. The total effective rate of this group was higher than that of the control group. In terms of complications, the total incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of asymmetric double eyelids, adopting plastic repair surgery (small incision liposuction combined with continuous suture double eyelid surgery) for treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect. Compared with the traditional incision double eyelid surgery, this surgical treatment form can reduce the risk of related adverse reactions, and help patients shorten the healing time of the incision and reduce their hospital stay.
