objective:To explore the clinical effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown in anterior teeth aesthetic restoration, and analyze its influence on patients' facial aesthetic perception, oral function and restoration prognosis. Methods: From January 2022 to July 2026, 70 patients who received aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital were divided into observation group (zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration, 35 cases) and control group (traditional porcelain crown restoration, 35 cases) according to different restoration materials. The facial aesthetic score, oral restoration satisfaction, periodontal health index, oral function recovery and the incidence of restoration complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of facial aesthetics, tooth color matching and tooth shape regularity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.14%, P < 0.05). Periodontal health indexes such as periodontal probing depth and gingival bleeding index in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The masticatory efficiency and articulation of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of repair complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zirconia all-ceramic crown can effectively optimize the aesthetic impression of the front teeth, enhance the aesthetics and naturalness of dental restoration, improve the periodontal health and oral function, and the incidence of complications is low, so it is suitable for popularization and application.
