Objective : To explore the significance of immediate aesthetic restoration intervention after minimally invasive root canal preparation for young permanent teeth with crown and root fracture. Methods : The time range of the sample subjects was set as follows : From March 2021 to March 2026,76 patients with crown and root fracture of young permanent teeth had no serious infection in the root canal and apical area, and the apical foramen was basically completed or developed. The patients were grouped by random number table method, and the study group and the conventional group were named as the two groups, 38 cases in each group. The aesthetic repair and routine intervention were provided immediately after minimally invasive root canal preparation, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results : The incidence of complications in the study group was lower ( p < 0.05 ) ; the operation time, postoperative pain duration and overall treatment cycle of the study group were shorter ( p < 0.05 ). The treatment effect of the patients in the study group was higher ( p < 0.05 ) ; the aesthetic satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher ( p < 0.05 ). Conclusion : The effect of immediate aesthetic repair intervention after minimally invasive root canal preparation for young permanent teeth with crown and root fracture is ideal. It can retain the remaining tooth tissue to the greatest extent, reduce the damage of root canal system, promote the continuous development of root apex and the long-term prognosis of wound healing is stable, and the aesthetic effect is good. It is a minimally invasive tooth preservation scheme worthy of clinical promotion.
