Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing on postoperative wound healing-related indicators in patients undergoing hair transplantation. Methods A total of 280 patients who underwent hair transplantation in our hospital from December 2022 to November 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 140 patients in each group. The control group was treated with mupirocin ointment, and the observation group was treated with medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing. The postoperative wound healing-related indicators, infection status, satisfaction and comprehensive efffcacy were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time, scabbing time, decrustation time and erythema/edema subsidence time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The infection rate of the observation group was 2.14%, which was lower than 12.86% of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.86%, which was higher than 85.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of medical recombinant collagen composite solution dressing in patients after hair transplantation has ideal clinical effect, which can improve postoperative wound healing, reduce infection rate, and increase patient satisfaction, with good clinical application value.
