Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of zirconia all-ceramic teeth on visual effect and masticatory function in patients undergoing dental aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 100 patients who received dental aesthetic restoration at Kunming Dorcas Dental Hospital Co., Ltd. from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional porcelain crown restoration, and the observation group received zirconia all-ceramic teeth restoration. The restoration effect, visual effect, masticatory function and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that in the control group (82.00%) (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of visual effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The masticatory efficiency and occlusal force in the observation group after restoration were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (4.00%) was lower than that in the control group (14.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic teeth achieve ideal effects in dental aesthetic restoration, which can improve restoration effect and dental visual effect, optimize masticatory function and reduce the risk of complications, with deffnite clinical application value.
