Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-based nursing intervention on compliance in patients with androgenetic alopecia treated by microneedling combined with scalp nutrient dressing. Methods A total of 100 patients with androgenetic alopecia treated by microneedling combined with scalp nutrient dressing admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to July 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received WeChat-based nursing intervention. The compliance, hair growth, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the hair density of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (8.00%) was lower than that in the control group (28.00%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of androgenetic alopecia with microneedling combined with scalp nutrient dressing, the application of WeChat-based nursing intervention can effectively improve treatment compliance, promote hair growth, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and increase nursing satisfaction.
