Platelet-rich ffbrin and laser assistance mainly exert synergistic effects on optimizing healing. Minimally invasive surgery has prominent advantages in preserving blood supply, reducing complications and improving patient experience. Clinical selection should comprehensively consider defect type, material properties and surgeon experience. In the future, it should be developed in a more accurate and minimally invasive direction.
