Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of full-process digital CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic restoration system in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients who received aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the Department of Prosthodontics, Yancheng Stomatological Hospital from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the reference group and the study group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group received traditional zirconia all-ceramic restoration, and the study group was repaired with full-process digital CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic restoration system. The aesthetic effect, masticatory function and periodontal health indicators were compared between the two groups. Results At 6 months after restoration, the excellent rates of color matching, morphological naturalness and marginal adaptation in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). At 6 months after restoration, the occlusal force and masticatory efffciency of the study group were higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). At 6 months after restoration, the gingival bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth in the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The full-process digital CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic restoration system has a deffnite effect in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. It can effectively improve the aesthetic performance of restorations, and improve masticatory function and periodontal health.
