Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of collagenase dissolution on facial contour score in patients with facial nodules after collagen stimulant implantation. Methods From January to August 2025, 60 patients with facial nodules after collagen stimulant implantation in the Department of Dermatology, Hunan Yuhua Yueji Medical Beauty Clinic were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultrapulse CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with collagenase dissolution. The facial nodule diameter, facial contour score, clinical efffcacy and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the facial nodule diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the facial contour score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05). There was no signiffcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Collagenase dissolution achieves favorable effect for facial nodules after collagen stimulant implantation. It can not only effectively reduce the diameter of facial nodules, but also promote the improvement of facial contour, and the overall safety is high.
