Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of modiffed Danggui Yinzi combined with acitretin capsules on TCM syndrome scores and quality of life in patients with blood-deffciency type psoriasis (PsO). Methods A total of 84 patients with blood-deficiency type PsO admitted to Bijiang District People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n=42) and the study group (n=42) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with acitretin capsules alone, and the study group received modiffed Danggui Yinzi combined with acitretin capsules. The clinical efffcacy, TCM syndrome scores, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI), and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.62%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PASI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
