Objective To explore the application effect of diversiffed intervention of perioperative humanistic nursing combined with nursing aesthetics in plastic repair of superffcial tumor resection. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing plastic repair of superffcial tumor resection treated in Department of Plastic Surgery, Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B , with 40 patients in each group. Group A received conventional nursing, and group B received diversiffed intervention of perioperative humanistic nursing combined with nursing aesthetics on the basis of conventional nursing. The psychological status, scar recovery quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in group B after intervention were lower than those in group A (P<0.05). The scores of scar color, vascular distribution, thickness and pliability in group B at 3 months after intervention were lower than those in group A (P<0.05). The scores of nursing service attitude, demand response speed, practicality of rehabilitation guidance and humanistic care experience in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The diversiffed intervention of perioperative humanistic nursing combined with nursing aesthetics can effectively improve the psychological status of patients undergoing plastic repair of superffcial tumor resection, promote the improvement of scar recovery quality, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
