Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyaluronic acid combined with type Ⅰ collagen in periorbital rejuvenation. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent periorbital rejuvenation at Xi'an Gao Yisheng Medical Aesthetic Hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single hyaluronic acid injection, and the study group was treated with combined injection of hyaluronic acid and type Ⅰ collagen. The excellent and good rate of periorbital skin appearance, skin barrier function, periorbital skin conditions, improvement rate of periorbital aging and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of periorbital skin appearance in the study group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%) (P<0.05). All indicators of skin barrier function in the study group after operation were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of pigmentation, skin texture, pores and wrinkles in the study group after operation were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement rates of periorbital aging at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation in the study group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group (92.50%) was higher than that of the control group (72.50%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined injection of hyaluronic acid and type Ⅰ collagen exerts synergistic effect in periorbital rejuvenation, which can effectively ameliorate periorbital skin status and aging manifestations, strengthen skin barrier function, and further improve the overall rejuvenation effect and satisfaction.
