Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on quantitative assessment strategy on hand function and ffap signs in patients undergoing ffap transplantation repair for hand injuries. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent ffap transplantation repair for hand injuries in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2024 to October 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the study group received nursing intervention based on quantitative assessment strategy on the basis of the control group. The hand function, ffap signs, quality of life and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The hand function score of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The ffap signs of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group after intervention were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (2.44%) was lower than that in the controlgroup (14.63%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on quantitative assessment strategy in patients undergoing ffap transplantation repair for hand injuries can accelerate the recovery of hand function, effectively improve ffap signs, elevate patients' quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications.
