Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of evidence-based collaborative nursing service on children undergoing cleft lip and palate repair. Methods A total of 86 children who received cleft lip and palate repair in our hospital from February 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 43 children in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received evidence-based collaborative nursing service. The comfort level, sleep quality, satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the comfort scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of sleep quality and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (6.98%) was lower than that in the control group (23.26%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based collaborative nursing service can comprehensively improve postoperative comfort and sleep quality of children after cleft lip and palate repair, improve parental satisfaction and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
